About Naomi
CHARTERED PHYSIOTHERAPIST & PILATES INSTRUCTOR
Naomi is an Advanced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist (MSc) with 18 years of experience in the NHS and private practices such as Harley Street. She has a passion for helping clients manage long-term conditions such as Osteoarthritis and Hypermobility. She has also recently undertaken further training in the rehabilitation of Oncology patients.
Having suffered with neck, shoulder and back pain associated with hyper mobility, she was inspired to start Pilates and was excited by the rapid benefits to her posture, strength and pain. She has now taught Pilates, using the Reformer, for 16 years following extensive training at the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute.
In her spare time Naomi enjoys being outdoors windsurfing, hiking, SUPing, mountain biking and cold water swimming. She also sings in a local choir and enjoys photography.
